We invite you to take a break from everyday duties, stress and routine at our property in the suburbs of Poreč. This part of the town is beautiful and quiet and here you can forget about your worries and completely relax.
Spend your time here during warm summer days in the shade of the trees relaxing and sweetening yourself with some figs or a glass of wine sourrounded by olive trees, figs and kiwi.

We are only 3.5 km from the center of Poreč. Spadići or Materade beach is 1.5 km away. In our neighbourhood within 700 meters we have; a supermarket, bakery, fast food, hair dresser, and two restaurants.
Our property is located only 50 m from the Parenzana trail, an Istrian cycling and walking trail which was once a railway. The trail stretches from Poreč to Sečovlje in a length of 80 km.

The city of Poreč was inhabited 6000 years ago. Two millennia ago, the Romans expelled the illirian tribe called the Histri, and founded the colony of Parentium.
The old town itself is a cultural monument. The Euphrasius basilica is an UNESCO monument and consists of a basilica and bishopric from the 6th century. If you are a lover of antiques, you will surely enjoy it.
The Tourist Board and the city of Poreč organize various cultural and sports events throughout the year, and guests are very welcome. Such events are perfect opportunities to experience and meet with people and get to know the place.

Our apartments are located in ground floor and first floor. They are all equipped with: air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, Sat-TV, washing machine. There are parking spaces in the closed courtyard. The kitchens are equipped with: coffee machine, toaster, waterboiler, microwave. The bed linen is made of cotton and it is washed and ironed in our private laundry.

Apartment number 1 - 2 are situated on the first floor of the house. Apartment 3, 4 and 5 are situated on the ground floor. All our apartments have one bedroom and there is room for 2 people. Next to the house is a swimming pool (heated) which is available to our guests from 9 am to 6 pm.
